R.I.P. Kelsey Briggs

Someone posted this video on myspace, and it made me cry like a baby. How anyone could do something to an innocent child like this I will never know. I have a two year old daughter and she tries my patience all the time, but I could never hurt her. This video is the story of Kelsey Briggs, and she had a purpose.
