No problem. I ended up finding a solution using trusty ol' Google here.
Basically all we had to do was clear out some corrupted service book entries from the user's phone. To do that I had the user do the following:
- Click on Options > Advanced Options > Service Books
- Hi-light "Desktop [SYNC]" then press the menu key, and select "Delete"
- Hi-light "Desktop [CMIME]" then press the menu key, and select "Delete"
Once that is complete, resend the service book again from your Blackberry Enterprise Server. After that everything should be right as rain.
